What city are you from?

Daytona Beach, FL

How has your city influenced your sound?

The city influenced my experiences growing up in Daytona. Mixing those experiences with my emotion, my message, and my voice I really convey vivid stories. Daytona gets rowdy, around 2017-18 we were voted as a top 10 top 15 most dangerous small cities in America. Daytona as a whole though doesn’t have a distinct sound like ATL, NY, or LA. Being from FL we’re such a melting pot of cultures. So I picked up my style from being fans of other artists’ music, like a melting pot of different styles is what makes up AMFG.

Tell us about your best performance.

One of my most memorable shows I opened up for Afro at home in Daytona, on the beach. It was in front of around 4-500 people. I got through the first two songs and forgot the rest of my set. I ended up free-styling for the rest of my set.

Talk about your latest project.

I’ve been dropping singles every week this past month. My newest song is titled ” Little Things “. I actually have a visual coming out at the end of September. It’s a really fun record, the visual is stunning.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself on tour in the next couple of years, writing for artists. Maybe even opening up for someone like JID, IDK, or maybe Post. I know wherever it is that I’m going, I’m going for gold. To show people back home that through hustle, drive, and grit you can make something out of yourself no matter where you’re from.
