Instagram Not Working

Instagram is temporarily down and people are freaking out. It just goes to show how addicted we are to technology and these social media sites. As soon as Instagram went down, people ran to Twitter to find out what is happening.

Facebook is powerful. It is scary how much power they really have. When Facebook goes down, everything else is affected. Imagine if there was a data leak and all of our information would be compromised because we use so many different Facebook-owned platformed.

Why is Instagram Down

Facebook never really goes into details about these outages and they stay quiet about the root cause. This outage is longer than usual. Already down for over an hour, Facebook and Instagram are just popping error messages and not loading. Usually, only one app goes down at a time, but it must be serious if all 3 went out at the same time for this length of time.
