The seasoned rapper has had previous successes with singles, “Work It”, “To the Top” and “Real Sh!t”, and now with the new deal, his music is set to reach an entirely new audience and we are excited to share Dangerous Rob’s new journey.

What city are you from?

Tulsa Oklahoma ( Black Wall Street )

How has your city influenced your sound?

The Gap Band are the Originators of G funk and they are from my neighborhood in Tulsa, That is a major influence of my sound.

Tell us about your best performance.

Best Performance would be on tour with the Dogg Pound and Ice Cube in Dallas Texas, I felt after all the years of grinding I was recognized by a crowd that had never heard my music and we did the damn thing. Definitely cemented my legacy performing on the same stage as Cube, Daz and Kurupt.

Talk about your latest project

Dangerous Wayz is a single off my 8th studio recorded album, It was produced by LAC, who is from my hometown Tulsa and is the only producer from Tulsa that made the album, so the song is sentimental, It has been a long journey in preparation for this project, because of had some setbacks with losing my Mother and Father a year apart, But now I am refocused and prepared to make some noise nationally as well as internationally with this project, Those pockets will make you feel better too. I partnered with Estabrook Road Records and Jason Payne and we are set out to do some big things.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Within 5 years I see myself signing and releasing artists from my city Tulsa and establishing my Freedam Foundation brand, whether it be Record Label or Management. I also would like to do some consulting and artist development.
