BRING IN THE JUICE
R.I.P. Juice Wrld and never stop flexing. The beat on this song hits hard and both of these artists are on top of their game with this track. This song is so dark, yet you just want to get up and dance.

Overcoming Addiction
Many rappers struggle with drug addiction. Polo G’s upbringing caused a lot of pain and destruction. It seems one way that he chooses to cope with what he’s dealt with is drugs. He has lyrics that talk about the pain he feels because friends he has who have departed: “Flying on these planes, wish I could reach and touch your hand/I don’t wanna be awake, that’s why I keep popping these Xans.” Polo G is dealing with loss and you can really feel his struggle in his lyrics.
More Pain
Polo G grew up on the North Side of Chicago. His upbringing is a key aspect of his lyrics. In songs like “33” and “21”, Polo G takes you on a ride through Chicago’s North Side. It paints a picture of murder, pain, drug addiction, and loss. This album is a modern day blues album. He might not be playing a guitar like Muddy Waters, but he makes songs that are just as legendary and heart breaking.
