Hip Hop needs fresh and exciting new voices like Reflectionz. There is too much negativity in modern rap. One of my favorite lines is when he makes reference to how everyone is named “Lil” and sets himself apart from the trend. It is obvious from his bars and lyrical capabilities that Reflectionz is much different than your typical rapper. His music channels old-school vibes with a modern twist. Some could even say there is a bit of gospel element to his music. “Silver Threadz” is a breath of fresh air in a musical landscape that is overrun with artists that all sound the same.
