“Thirteen” starts off with a cool synth that almost feels like it has been inverted, but the point is to transcend and take you back to another time.
The acoustic guitar is cheerful and reinforces the backward synth effect. “There is nothing wrong with 12” and “13” is the perfect transition piece for young listeners to jam with.
Reese Warren’s vocals are strong and powerful. Her tone is meaningful and she can honestly stand next to the greats of modern pop music. We are excited for what is next in Reese’s career, but here is a little more about her backstory….

Who is Reese Warren
Reese Warren is a talented singer and also the voice of MC Swag on LOL House of Surprises. Her newest single “Thirteen” comes out today and it’s a celebration of turning 13.
Her newest single was co-written with Tyler Conti and was produced/recorded in Mission Viejo at Music Vault Studios. Previously, Reese Warren has released hit singles such as “Good Life” and “Polaroid”.
We reached out to Reese Warren for an interview and luckily, she agreed.

Where are you from?
How has your city influenced your sound?
I am exposed to all different types of music. My city allows me to experience the different influences to create something that is uniquely mine
What instruments do you play?
I play guitar and I am learning piano
What’s your best performance?
My best performance to date is performing for a prom-themed 18th Birthday party for a friend of mine
What is your worst performance?
My worst performance was auditioning for an “idol-themed” singing competition. I totally blew it after killing it at my practice all day. I got in front of the judges after waiting 8 hours to sing and I let my nerves get the best of me
Tell us about your newest single.
My newest single is a positive upbeat song about the excitement of turning 13
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself on a show where I can act, sing and dance, much like High School Musical, and touring with my music during my off months from the show
Does your family support your musical journey?
Yes! They believe in me 100%. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. They are my biggest support system
